The news is finally out! This year, Glasgow University Charity Fashion Show are honoured to be supporting Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity. Founded in 2001, Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity are leading the way in supporting every baby, child and young person treated at the newly built Royal Hospital For Children, after the move from Yorkhill.
The charity has already helped enhance medical equipment, fund essential paediatric research, deliver exciting hospital programmes and provide a support network to patient’s families.
GCHC’s main programmes, which GUCFS funding will help to support are;
The charity continues to grow from strength to strength each year and we want to help make this year their best so far. Throughout the summer, members of the GUCFS Committee and Brand Ambassador Team have been working hard to generate support and raise funds for the charity. This includes, a Craft Day at the Royal Hospital, sponsored walks and paragliding.
But it doesn't end there, as we are only getting started! Keep your eyes peeled for all the different events and challenges that will be carried out by GUCFS this year.
